In our lives, we need to achieve different things in different stages. Once we achieve a certain goal, we do not stuck in there. Then we move into another goal. But, achieving what we want in our lives are not as easy as we always think. Some times, it need a lot of courage and efforts.   • Remove the Barrier for Action
Most of the time we miss our goals not because we are not capable of achieving them, and just because we do not act in time. When we are desperate, we just try to neglect actions. We just postpone what we have to do and go for instant gratification. This will move us further away from our goals and we will end up in a more desperate situation.
1st tip is we need to break this barrier. Best way to break this barrier is, whenever you feel like acting, just act before your mind will direct you towards something else. 5 seconds rule can be effectively used here. When ever you need to act, you just cont to five and act immediately. This way you can remove the barrier to action!

  • Move Out of Your Comfort Zone
If we do the same things repeatedly we are most likely will get the same results repeatedly. One of the main reasons behind we do not try new things is our internal resistance to leave our comfort zone. But, one thing you have to understand very carefully is that the wonders are always happening away from your comfort zone.
Always put yourself in uncomfortable situations and frequently challenge yourself. Do not allow yourself to settle in to a comfort zone!

  • Get Better  
This is the third and final tip. You have to continuously push yourself. if not soon you will not be achieving what you want in life. You have to get better with your relationships. You have to get better in your subject area. In everything you do, you need to puch yourself to get better.
